To the outside is an enclosed patio garden with hot tub, a cycle rack for six bikes, and off-road parking for three cars. Within 0.5 miles there is a shop and within 0.8 miles there is a pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. This property does not accept pets or smoking. Cobblers Barn is a lovely escape, whatever time of year. Large settlement Martham is well situated halfway between the Norfolk Broads and the ocean. With a few bars, a post office, numerous stores, and a convenience store, the community is well-served. The community also boasts a wonderful village green with a pond, a number of charming homes, and an old church. You may reach a stunningly serene and undeveloped area of the Norfolk broads and the River Thurne by taking a short stroll from the village centre. West Somerton is a great location nearby for fishing, strolling, animal viewing, boating, or simply taking in the breathtaking surroundings, which include numerous uninhabited sandy beaches.
