This is my second trip to the Atrium Ambiance Hotel and it didn't disappoint. The room was great and the hotel is in a good location, close to the beach and not too far from the centre of Rethymno. All staff were charming and helpful and I would like to say a special thanks to the bar staff Sissy and Nikos who were really lovely and looked after us every evening. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Pros: -The Dutch receptionist is the biggest asset of this hotel! She was so nice and helpful! -Clean hotel and modern enough -Plenty of sunloungers available all the time -best fresh orange juice and tzatziki I ever had -good poolside cocktails Cons: - The waiting staff are very rude. Especially the tall blonde lady. She needs to remember this is a hotel restaurant not an army canteen. - the room and bathroom are tiny. I booked a superior room. There is barely any room to move in the bathroom. The shower is good and spacious though. - food is only ok. Nothing special and just a few dishes to choose from. We did find something to eat though every night. - desserts are poor but there was watermelon at breakfast and dinner. - cleaners always forgot to give us 2 large bathroom towels and would just leave 1 large and 2 small towels. We asked reception to give us another towel one night and they had none..very annoying as it happened almost every day.

Nice hotel with pool close to the beach
Nice hotel with pool close to the beach. Staff were really friendly, room was modern and also clean. We had bed and breakfast and, being British, found that it was targeted at European guests. There were a large variety of continental options while the cooked breakfast was of an okay quality. We had a great stay though and was a fantastic hotel, would definitely recommend!

Hotel in great position, close to beach and town
Had a ovely stay here. Staff are all very friendly and helpful and the hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is really good with something for everyone and the pool bar snacks are great at lunchtime if you can't be bothered to move! The hotel is fairly quiet with entertainment every other night but it was so close to town there is always plenty to do. Swimming pool area is well kept, plenty of sunbeds and although the sun is gone from the pool by around 4pm, it is quite a welcome relief! Rooms are clean and well kept and beds are comfortable!

Sehr leckeres Frühstück sowie Abendbuffet. Die Regelung mit der Bezahlung der Getränke müsste nochmal überarbeitet werden. Man muss aktuell jeden Abend unterschreiben, wenn man die Getränke nach dem Aufenthalt zahlen möchte. Besser wäre es hier wenn sich das einmal im System für die Zimmernummer gemerkt werden würde. Sehr schöne Zimmer - Reinigung, wenn gewollt, jeden Tag. Trotz einem Zimmer mit Stadtblick konnten ohne Lärm super schlafen. Hotel sehr zentral und alles mit einem kurzen Fußweg zu erreichen.

Wir waren 8 Tage vor Ort und uns hat das Hotel wirklich gut gefallen. Das Essen war Abwechslubgsreich und sehr lecker. Es gab ein Vor-, Haupt- und Nachspeisenbuffet. Zum Strand waren es 2 Minuten Fußweg und die Altstadt war 15 min entfernt.

Struttura moderna,vicino alla spiaggia e con possibilità di raggiungere il centro a piedi. Camere pulite e ben arredate.Le camere che s'affacciano sulla strada principale sono un po' rumorose.La cucina pur essendo internazionale molto buona.

Excellent rapport qualité prix
Un grand bravo pour la restauration que ce soit au petit déjeuner ou diner avec qualité et diversité. Grande chambre avec excellente literie et beau balcon. Excellente isolation phonique. Salle de bains demande une rénovation. Problème d'écoulement de l'eau de la baignoire non solutionnée.

To helt fantastiske netter på dette flotte hotellet. Vi har nå bodd her 4 år på rad, kommer tilbake år etter år, topp service, kjempe gode senger, en helt fantastisk frokost med alt du måtte ønske deg å spise. Middags bufeene er også helt utrolig bra. Bare synd at magen blir så fort mett. Personalet gjør alt de kan for at oppholdet skal gå din vei.

Grand confort et qualité pour un prix très abordab
Excellent séjour. Hôtel très confortable et excellente literie. Deux rues en retrait de l agitation de la station très appréciée pour le calme. Très bon buffet repas et petit déjeuner. Un grand plus pour Susanna pour la qualité de son accueil à la réception . Elle fait k effort de parler votre langue. Un hôtel que je recommande sans problème.

Bel hôtel neuf avec piscine, à 2 min de la plage
Nous avons passé une semaine début octobre 2020 à l'atrium, en demi-pension, dans la suite executive avec grande terrasse et jacuzzi extérieur. Très belle chambre avec literie exceptionnelle (lit kingsize), salle de bain avec douche (rainshower) spacieuse et WC séparés. Peu de place, en revanche, pour ranger le contenu des valises. L'hôtel est flambant neuf et dispose d'une très belle piscine avec plein de chaises longues et de matelas doubles. Excellent petit déjeuner (buffet, mais covid oblige, sans self-service, idem pour le repas du soir). Personnel adorable. Propreté irréprochable. La mer, la plage, loueur de scooters (Candy Cars, excellent service et excellent matériel) sont à 2 minutes à pied. Séjour excellent et situation parfaite (surtout hors saison touristique car tout est àproximité). Le port vénitien et la vieille ville sont à 15-20 minutes à pied (ou 5 min en scooter). Nous recommandons l'atrium !

Fantastisk opplevelse, akkurat 1 år siden sist på dagen. Servicen er en 10, de ansatte gjør en fantastisk jobb under disse Corona tider. Rommet er så rent og alt så flott. Kommer tilbake fra en tur til byen å der ligger det gave fra hotellet, snaks , vann og vin. Frokosten er en drøm av alt du begjærer, her ble det bare å peke å de la det opp på fat til oss. FANTASTISK 👍💙🇬🇷

Im Großen und Ganzen ein schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal und in guter Lage. Im Zimmer ließ sich die Balkontür nicht verschließen und die Touch-Bedienung der Klimaanlage ist nach 2 Tagen ausgefallen, wobei hier mit einer Fernbedienung schnell Abhilfe geschaffen wurde. Auf Halbpension kann man getrost verzichten, komplizierte Umsetzung aufgrund der Corona Beschränkungen mit langen Wartezeiten, eine kleine Auswahl und geschmacklich kein Genuss.

À 1 min de la plage et peut-être 15-20 de la vieille ville. Un peu loin de la station d’autobus. Personnel très sympathique, buffet très varié, belle piscine et grande proximité avec la mer. Selon la chambre, cela peut être un peu bruyant, mais avec la climatisation on dort bien!

Hyvä sijainti rannan ja palveluiden lähellä. Hyvä ruoka sekä aamupalalla että illallisella. Buffan ruoat vaihtuvat joka päivä joten ruoka ei käy tylsäksi. Loistava ja palvelualtis henkilökunta. Erittäin rauhallinen allasalue josta löytyy aina tilaa - ja mikä parasta, ei lapsia!

sehr gutes Hotel in Strand- und Altstadtnähe
Das Hotel macht von außen und innen einen neuwertigen und äußerst gepflegten Eindruck. Unser geräumiges schönes Zimmer wurde jeden Tag früh sehr gut gereinigt, Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet.Spiegelei, Waffeln usw. wurden frisch gebraten. Besonders die Damen im Frühstücksraum (auch alle an der Rezeption) möchten wir besonders loben. Wir waren schon in vielen Hotels, aber so liebenswerte Menschen haben wir dort noch nicht erlebt. Viele liebe Grüße! Der Strand ist ca. 100 Meter entfernt und sehr lang und schön mit schöner Strandpromenade. Die Altstadt von Rethymon ist gut fußläufig erreichbar und mit vielen kleinen Gassen , Bars und Cafes ein Erlebnis. Kreta sowieso!

Gerenoveerd hotel dichtbij strand en stad
Het hotel werd recent gerenoveerd en zit nu in frisse wit en lichtgrijze kleur. Vlakbij het strand maar ook eigen pool met terras en bar. Vriendelijk personeel. Ruime heldere kamers met terras. Ontbijt en diner in buffetvorm. Lekker en ruime keuze.
