Nestled in the corner of a beautiful neighborhood on almost 3 acres, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house has plenty of room for the whole family plus a few more guests! Master bedroom has a king size bed and the master bath has a jetted tub and large shower with dual faucets! There is a large covered back porch with a beautiful view of forestry. The house comfortably sleeps 6, but can accommodate up to 10 with the extra 4 sleeping on blow up mattresses in the detached garage. There is ample outdoor space with a small creek that runs in the back of the property. This property is located in the heart of the total solar eclipse pathway, and the large outdoor space provides the perfect opportunity for your viewing pleasure! This property is located only 10 minutes from a major interstate, 10 minutes away from the city of Conway which provides a lot of shopping, restaurants, and family fun, and only 30 minutes from the state capitol, Little Rock!!
