"Good location a 10 min walk to Quattro Conti area. Small room, bathroom needs some upgrades. Rooftop restaurant, staff and food were all awesome! Parking at a parking lot close by. "

"Employees were so lovely you just wanted to give them a hug. Only downside of this hotel were their pillows. Hard as nails. Everything else was perfect. Spotless clean, good service. "

"AC wasnt working, but I think that's an Italy thing. As a result the room was overly hot and not as advertised (false claim of AC). It was near many attractions and food places and in a great area. Checkin and checkout were easy and the room was clean. Only a single pillow, but it was adequate enough to sleep. Bed was pretty comfy. I would personally choose another location given the lack of AC and uncomfortable conditions, even if they're forced upon you by the government, it should be noted for people if it's not actually available. "

"The staff was pleasant and the balcony a nice bonus. The bathroom very nice, and the bed was very comfortable. We did not use the shuttle service as we had a rental car, but that has to be a big bonus. Once the planes quit departing, it was a very quiet property. "
