"Room was very clean. Service in Belgium overall including this hotel is absolutely terrible. The entire building must be set to either cool or heat. Rooms are not able to be independently adjusted. As a result all 4 rooms were very warm."

"We opted to upgrade our room to larger room as we were staying 4 nights and happy we did. Every staff person we interacted with was positive, friendly and accommodated our requests. Our room was clean and it was fun to check out the roof top bar for the view at night. The area was safe to walk and easy to get around. We were very happy we booked in the downtown area. Lots of choice for restaurants and tours to book. In particular we recommend the city walking tours. "
