"Absolute gem of a hotel! Wonderful staff that gave us the warmest welcome I received in a hotel for a long time. Good location with a metro station close by and 10-15 minute ride to the city center. Room was nice, clean, and well equipped. The hotel also provided us with bathrobes, towels, and slippers for our visitor to the thermal baths. Overall great stay and fantastic value for money - we will come back the next time we are in Budapest."

The only things that let it down was that the cleanliness could be a little better, and it needs to be made very clear that the use of the gym facilities is charged daily which was disappointing because my stay was partially based on the use of the gym facilities. "To stay here was pretty good. We are attracted by the high ratings and it was more a four out of five rather than anything higher. The location's really good. The stuff are really friendly. The breakfast was chaotic and unorganized. I would still recommend staying here but it's not as good as some of the ratings suggest."

"We really enjoyed our stayed. We booked a 1 bedroom unit facing the courtyard, with a balcony. The whole complex is situated in a nice and quiet residential area. The building itself was built from the grounds up so no old building with some bad patch up, like the ones I had stayed in the past. The unit was roomy, bright, airy, and cozy. It had a washer which was what we wanted. It also had a rack to dry your clothes. Nights were a tad chilly but the heating was enough. Didn’t try the AC. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We needed more dishwasher liquid, and trash bags. Management was very fast to respond. They even included more laundry pods. I read from previous guest that they encountered some trouble getting inside the building. I did some homework, and downloaded an app. I was able to enter the building because someone was at the front door and the app was a keyless fob for the unit. We were traveling the whole day. Tried to check for updates from management, nothing came. So I assumed the app was the only thing I needed. Little I knew, management sent me an email really close to checking time with clear instructions. I saw the email once I entered the room. Over our stay we saw many guests stranded in the lobby and trying to figure out where to go and what to do. We tried to help them Other than that I have to say that the apartment was very nice I and would stayed there again."

"The staff at reception was very friendly. As for the room itself, the bed was comfortable. However, there was a bad smell in the bathroom that never seem to disappear even when extractor fan is left on. It was nauseating everytime i stepped into the bathroom. I could hear the pipes the whole night from the room (probably from people flusing upstairs). Also, there wasn't any bath shampoo (either finished or not working). "
