"Beautiful room. Very large space and modern. Heated towel rack and fridge did not work on our room but we were only staying one night so just informed them at check out. Great location in a quiet area but walkable. Had a late dinner at hotel and it was good. Sauna and pool area is a nice option after a long day of exploring. Would be nice if this area was open until 10 for that very reason. "

"Apartment location is near city centre with easy access to tramps and buses, Spar shop just across the road for all essential shopping. Apartment itself is very comfortable , quite and clean ,very modern decorated . We didn't plan on doing any cooking so we didn't mind that kitchen was equipped with bear minimum although it would be helpful to have one sharp kitchen knife and bottle opener. We were expecting to receive check in instruction 24hrs priory our arrival but it didn't arrive until 2hrs before check in time. We had to contact the property agent directly to be reassured that all info will be shared with us on our arrival day...It's unesserry stress. Once we checked in we enjoyed the place and neighbourhood."

"Great hotel! The staff were warm and friendly. The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a great shower and a very comfortable bed. It had all the amenities we needed, including a large, easy-to-use safe, and the view was nice as well. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The location was perfect too. We really enjoyed everything and would definitely come back."

"Highly disappointed. I had missed my earlier train n arrived at the place around 7.15pm. The app didnt work. I didnt recieved any code to access the door. It was getting dark. A lady stopped by to help and dialled all the numbers listed. Finally someone answered and opened the door. But it was just a plain wall i couldnt get in as didnt knew the room number. I tried emergency number but it went on voicemail and disconnected. I kept talking to AI agent who was helpless. It was almost 8.45pm. I was standing alone outside in dark. Finally managed to book another hotel and had to pay 4 times the cost that I had paid here. It was very disappointing and shocking and scary experience which no one should go through. Next day, I kept calling from 11am as it was their office hours. No one answered until 12 pm. She asked me to check with xpedia as thats where i booked from for n raise the issue. This is a very scary situation which no one should fall into esp being an alone girl. Completely disappointed and dissatisfied."

"Clean rooms. Just be careful. They will send you an automated email stating you owe additional money for accommodations you never requested. Ask for an itemized invoice showing exactly what these “alleged accommodations” are. "

"Nos dieron una habitación en un piso sin aire acondicionado. La habitación estaba extremadamente caliente y el personal nos dijo que lo lamentaba pero no podía hacer nada. No nos quisieron cambiar de habitación argumentando que no tenían más habitaciones. Consideró sus respuestas y su falta de acción inaceptables.¡ No regresaron a esta hotel!"
