It was just as I thought it would be clean, well maintained place

The first room (villa) was substandard - not at all close to the photos - quite misleading- I requested another room and they gave us a “flat” which was better but we realized the patio door (we were on the first floor near a heavy traffic area)- the door would not lock - they sent maintenance but we missed our reservations because we didn’t want to leave the room until it was fixed - then we experienced a lot of the lights flickering and we had plans on eating at their “Barbarann” food van and it was closed due to a “private event” on Friday night.

my room was clean, and the staff was accommodating and friendly

Always love staying here. Amazing staff, great hotel breakfast, love the bar.

Room not good condition, multiple days no room service even though requested. Manager was helpful, food was good, pool was very nice
