"There was a rat on some wires above the check in area."

"Excellent !!!!"

"Annie was so every brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The place really needs a makeover as it is very tired looking. Very nice staffs be warned the water will be on and off on various days but it's the whole area seem to have some kinda water shortages but apart from it, it's a very good location easy access to everything, bakery, supermarket, cafe and all the bars and restaurants and right by the hotel is a beautiful park."

"The apartment is clean and well equipped, and the lady in charge of welcoming at your arrival very efficient and friendly. The complex where the flat is located is very nice, with a gorgeous swimming pool and a nice, small beach. It's mantained clean and the garden is ok, also the safety level is high on the 24 hours. The only risk is sometimes a lack of water, but it's only few hoiurs a week and the flat is provided with a small reserve of water. "You can't beat the location. It was litterally 20 steps from our favorite beach. The beach has surf, snorkeling, shade and small areas for kids. The room was ok. There is some small renovations/clean up to do, but it was not major enough that would make me not reserve again. The best part was the host. She is really fantastic and made us feel like family. Recommend!!"

"All communication was in French. No cleaning was offered during our 7 days stay. Only towels were replaced after 4 days. The mattress was quite worn laying in a “hole” "

"Great little place in a beautiful setting. It was clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the host was delightful. The beach and pool were only a short walk away, and were both lovely. It is a bit of a distance if you plan on exploring the west or north sides of the island."

"This house is idealy placed to visit Basse Terre. Between Deshaies (where they are filming the series Death in paradise) and the lovely area of Bouillante with the famous reserve Cousteau. Placed few meters away from the beautiful beach of Leroux, the house is absolutely lovely and extremely well equipped. We seriously tried but failed to find something missing in the kitchen. We felt very welcomed by Séverine and we will not hesitate to contact her again next time we will be back in...

"A nice cottage like accommodation with all you need, including the kitchen, easy parking, nice bathroom, ac, etc. The owner is nice. You can contact him via messaging (iMessage if you use iPhone). I don’t know French so I use the translation option to communicate and get response quicker. I booked through Expedia. It is better to contact the owner via phone for response. Close to beach. Nice mountain and ocean views!"

"Nice property. The host was very accommodating, quiet and peaceful. We will return big thank you to the owners. Very nice people."

"Bon emplacement Prix raisonnable Par contre i"

"We had a great stay in this perfect apartment. Great views, really nice host, who allowed a very late checkout since there were no new guests coming. The pool is small, but very good for cool down and relax. Location is easy with supermarket nearby, parking space and walking distance (15 min) to beach. "

"I left very detailed reviews following our stays in 2019 and 2022, so this will be short. This was our fourth stay in Florence’s apartment. The apartment and the Crystal Beach Residence remain a wonderful place to spend time in the sun. Clean, quiet, well equipped, on the beach, two swimming pools, and walking distance to grocery stores (we spent five and a half weeks without a car this year), with a bakery, three restaurants and a convenience store just outside the complex gate. We were...

"Thoroughly enjoyed the stay, hostess was very nice and welcoming. The pool was great also, grocery store nearby. Enjoyed our stay!?"
