Lovely place for a winter sun get away
Spacious apartment which was very well equipped. We stayed with a couple of dogs for 2 months February and March. Sun on the balcony during the day was a lovely welcome to the day. Short walk to the beach.

I stayed here last year. Great apartment great location, few things need attention which I believe are being sorted by the hosts. Good communication with any issues. Mains water problem within the block left us having to use the one toilet as it created a blockage to ensuite. Fortunately it was only the last couple of days and was to be sorted when we left

Great Location.
Great location. Good communication with the host. Easy and friendly check in and out process. The apartment was nice , if a little tired , but to be fair this is reflected in the price . My only observation would be the lack of air con or floor fans as night time temperatures are high in the mid summer. But all in all a very pleasant stay and would recommend this place

One month of heaven
This spacious apartment was exactly as expected. It has the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we have stayed. Sunny balcony even in December and very well located for restaurants and a beautiful beach. We took our bikes but wouldn't say it is very well served for oldies who don't like using roads. We did cycle in the local park several times. Th a l you Betty for a great stay.

Another fantastic stay!
This was our 2nd time staying here and once again we loved it. The apartment is so spacious and well equipped. The location could not be better in relation to the beautiful and clean beach 5 mins walk) and the wonderful, unique park located 5 minutes walk away also. My two little girls loved this holiday. Lovely relaxing holiday
Perfect location. Perfect apartment. We loved the view from the spacious balcony especially at night and listen to the local children playing and laughter. Your apartment has everything you could possibly need. Beautifully clean and greeted by Isabelle. Contact with yourselves was excellent, and put our minds at ease as it was the first time we have rented . A truly wonderful holiday. I would love to come back again!

A great month in Spain
A great location to move easily around Guardamar on foot, especially with the beautiful beach just a few hundred meters away. There is a selection of Spanish, Italian, Indian and Chinese restaurants all within a few minutes walking distance. By car, Alicante is only 30 minutes to the north and Torrevieja is only 20 minutes to the south. The apartment is spacious albeit the kitchen is small but adequate. Bathroom facilities cater well for the less able and lifts up to the apartment and down to the underground parking are very helpful. The two double bedrooms are a good size although the third, with single beds, is better suited to children rather than adults. The balcony was sunny and warm every day, ideal for lazy afternoons relaxing after long walks on the beach. The square below is a pleasant outlook and nice to experience the Spanish family time every early evening when parents and small children congregate.

Great Holiday
My family had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was very well equipped and its location to the beach, parks and supermarket is fantastic. Communication was very good throughout and I hope to use the apartment again in years to come Thanks again.

Just got back from a great stay at this excellent property, it is equipped with everything and more that you need ,was only 2 of us but could sleep 6 with ease ,location was excellent, short walk to beach ,restaurants and large supermarket ,was very clean and nice comfortable beds ,can not wait to return

Excellent Property with the friendliest most helpful owner
We have been renting holiday rental properties for over 25 years and Betty is the friendliest most helpful owner we have ever had experience of. She does everything possible to make your visit a success. The property is very well equipped and comfortable and is near a number of very good restaurants and shops, Guardamar is great if you want a relaxed holiday with lots of good walks. Fantastic Apartment and close to everything you require
A brilliant apartment which is well maintained, the apartment is within 10 minutes walk of the beach and supermarkets as well as in the central location for restaurants. I would recommend this apartment to anybody looking to stay in Guardamar del Segura

Lovely apartment.

Les propriétaires, Betty et Jean François sont à votre écoute, très arrangeants, hyper gentils. Nous avons été reçus par Laurence. Idem super gentille, agréable, chaleureuse. L'appartement est comme sur les photos, spacieux et bien équipé. L'immeuble est calme et très propre. Proche de la plage, ville calme et agréable. Proche d'Alicante et de Torrevieja. Nous étions 7, 3 adultes et 4 enfants. Je vous conseille vivement cette location. Betty ( la propriétaire) m'a même proposer de prendre mon temps pour faire le check out. Tout a été au top. Merci infiniment pour votre accueil, ça fait tellement de bien de rencontrer de belles personnes. Prenez soin de vous

Abreisezeitpunkt sollte 11.00 Uhr sein. Leider stand um 9.45 Uhr ein Handwerker an der Haustür, der nur spanisch sprach- und ist dann - ohne dass wir wussten warum, zum Badezimmer ging und die Duschwand ausbaute. Dann klningelte noch eine Dame - die aber auch einen Schlüssel hatte - mit zwei weiteren Personen? Wir haben dann die Wohnung vorzeitig verlassen. Die Wohnung ist allerdings super eingerichtet. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

große Wohnung in super Lage...circa 3 min zum Fuß zum Strand und zu mercadona. Möbel leider etwas veraltert in schlafräume....alle Zimmer haben Ventilatoren, Wohnzimmer sogar Clima Anlage. Große Terrasse und 2 Bäder...optimal für meine Familie.

Emplacement top mais bruyant et installation vieillot.
Nous avons séjourné avec ma petite famille composée de 3 enfants. L appartement nous semblait grand et parfait car proches des restos, café, supermarché , emplacement parking personnel et proche de la mer. Par contre à notre arrivée, il était clair que l appartement était resté longtemps inoccupé et donc nous avons du aérer car sentiment d d'étouffement. La propreté n était pas extra(malgré le paiement à notre départ que nous devons laisser pour le nettoyage à la fin de notre séjour). Énormément de poussière en dessous du salon ont été constaté lorsque j ai voulu nettoyer pendant notre séjour, ainsi que sur les meubles, télé,etc.Chambre avec les 2 lits séparés très petite et meubles pas adapté pour les rangements vêtements. Chambres parents très bien sauf le lit qui est très inconfortable. Par contre la chambre simple avec lit ado, très bien.La salle de bain parentale (les battants fermant la baignoire ont dû être enlevées durant notre séjour car ils sont tombés ). Ont été remplacé par un rideau. La salle de douche des enfants était très bien.La climatisation ne se trouve qu au salon et pas dans les chambres. Elle n a pas fonctionné au début de notre séjour et un technicien est venu la réparer. Ensuite elle a fonctionné. Dans les chambres, il y a système de ventilateur au plafond, pas très efficace avec la chaleur de Guardamar. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre parentale mais bien dans le salon les 2 chambres enfants. .Enfin, la terrasse donne sur une place très bruyante et pas beaucoup d air en journée (en effet, ça fait effet de serre, avec tous les immeubles). Dans tous les cas, à chaque fois que nous avons eu un souci, la propriétaire via la dame qu elle emploie sur place, a été très réactive et l en remercie. Il est possible que ces désagréments ont été provoqué par la période Covid, qui n a pas permis de faire les vérifications nécessaires. Nous avons pu tout de même passer un agréable séjour.

Monsieur Mohamed Madame Nadia, qu'elle ne fut pas notre surprise en découvrant votre note.Nous sommes désolé pour votre déception.Il est vrai quand cette période de covid, c'est particulier. 1 semaine avant votre départ, vous m'avez contacté par téléphone pour partir 5 jours de plus, vous avez négocié le prix de la location (j'ai offert 2 nuits sur 5+ les 20% moins cher en raison du covid stipulé sur le site ). Vous vouliez la gratuité au niveau du ménage, après négociation nous avons pu trouver un compromis ensemble car le contact était bon. A ce propos c'est respectueux après un départ de vider le lave vaisselle et de sortir les poubelles, la dame d'entretien ayant déjà beaucoup de travail ( surtout qu'á votre départ, l'appartement était très sale) .Je suis ravie de savoir que vous étiez contente qu'on mette tout en oeuvre pour remettre du gaz dans l'air conditionné (et ce dans les 24 h malgré la haute saison). Vous avez eu chaud en cette période de canicule mais très sincèrement nous n'y sommes pour rien et au vu de la facture exorbitante que nous avons reçu après votre départ, les ventilateurs et l'air co ont dû fonctionner nuit et jour pour votre confort.En ce qui concerne le matelas, nous sommes très étonné et circonspect de la remarque car nous avons investis dans des matelas de hautes qualités car il est très important pour nous que nos vacanciers aient un sommeil réparateur pendant les vacances ( les remarques des autres vacanciers sont au contraire très positives) . Voir à ce propos les commentaires des vacanciers. Deux très grands dressing étaient à votre disposition, nous sommes navrés que vous n'aillez pas eu assez de place.Nous sommes ravis de savoir que vous avez pu finalement passer un agréable séjour. L’appartement était super avec tous ce qu’il faut vraiment fauteuil de plage parasol jeu pour enfant L’appartement est assez grand Avec 2 wc le top la literie parfaite juste un point négatif la climatisation ne vas pas jusque dans les chambres il y avait des ventilateurs mais Avec la chaleur ... bref ce n’est qu’un petit détail. Je le recommande vivement un coucou à la propriétaire qui s’est bien occupé de nous et Isabelle la dame de réception au top 👌 de vrai bonnes vacances

Cette année, il y a eu comme dans beaucoup d'autres pays "la canicule"avec des températures particulièrement chaudes et nous sommes vraiment désolés que les ventilateurs de plafonds dans toutes les chambres n'ont pas été suffisants alors que d'habitude, l'air conditionné dans le salon et les ventilateurs dans les chambres suffissent amplement. Vous êtes une top famille et nous espérons vous revoir peut être un jour. Super contact avec vous. Vous serez de nouveau les bienvenus si vous le souhaitez avec vos amis si possible pour vous . Veldig stor leilighet. Trenger kanskje litt oppgradering for å skåre høyest. Litt vanskelig å holde varm når det var kjølig ute. Særlig baderommet trenger varme. Kjøkken, stue og veranda helt supre. KAN være en fordel om der settes på varme FØR gjester kommer på den kaldeste årstiden. Gode senger og kjekt med egen parkeringsplass. Sentral beliggenhet i forhold til spisesteder etc. Hadde en VELDIG fin tid i denne leiligheten.

Dès l'arrivée à l'adresse, nous avons apprécié cette place arborée, de jolies plantes. L'espace propre et ombragé L'appartement est grand, bien conçu. La suite parentale n'est pas à coté de la chambre des enfants, ni trop éloignée et c'est très bien. L'appartement est propre, bien aménagé, on n'y est comme chez soi. La terrasse donne sur cette place et le matin, nous prenions notre déjeuner avec le chant des Martinets. La propriétaire, est très sympathique, et n’hésitait pas à faire des rappels par mails, les jours de marchés, et autres découvertes sur les autres communes. Si nos pas nous ramènent à GUARDAMAR, nous reviendrons dans cet appartement sans hésitation. Merci pour cet agréable séjour
