El hotel muy limpio, la recámara igual muy limpia confiable organizada, el personal amable aunque siempre hay alguien que supera los límites un joven ya un poco más maduro de ojos claros nos ayudo a instalarnos con el equipaje y el siguiente día nadie llego hacer el aseo del cuarto y pregunté en recepción el inmediatamente llego al cuarto a llevarnos, toallas, saco la basura y se portó muy amable y servicial con nosotros trabaja el turno de la tarde luego también cuando yo hice la reserva fue a una habitación con vista a la ciudad y me dieron una con balcón si pero no tenia ninguna vista solo unas paredes pregunte para cambiar habit
