"When I say this resort did not disappoint, we did not want to leave . The staff was absolutely lovely and went above and beyond The vibes were high . The food and drinks were excellent . The amenities and entertainment was great . We had the most amazing time for our 4year anniversary. Every where u turn there was something to do enjoy . "

"Our room was clean but wasn't the room we were supposed to have reserved, because obviously Expedia doesn't book the room when you pay for it, so you get whatever you end up with. It all worked out because we got a bungalow suite. It was in the center of the resort, we had an amazing front porch, with great views of the resort. They are very greedy with the towels, so if you need more towels then the number of people in your room you are not getting them. I person = 1 towel. You have to pay an additional $150.00 deposit upon arrival for damage protection. I added trip protection to my package but still needed the $150.00 deposit. The room didn't have any extras besides a mini fridge. The on-site restaurant is a great place to eat with great food and an amazing staff! The front staff was not very friendly but got the job done. Don't show up before 3pm, because you are NOT getting in. The house keepers were very friendly and did an amazing job."
