"The closet door latch was broken and the room was fairly clean. We were traveling with the dog so we may have had a pet room, with the pet rooms that may be treated differently than other rooms. The breakfast was nice but there was no salt available."

"Room smelled misty. Shower barely puts out water, it might take you an hour to take a shower. And not sure why we have to pay for parking. "

"Was exactly as listed! Very quiet neighborhood with very little drive to our destination downtown! Will stay again for future Nashville trips!"

"I was at the hotel with a group in mid-April. The hotel appeared to be in the late stages of a renovation, so there was dust in a lot of common areas. But enough of the renovation was done so that the hotel felt refreshed. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent for hotels at this price point. (Above average, but I've had better.) The staff at check-in was friendly. The only concern was noise level. The hotel is right next to the interstate, and there was nothing to shield the noise. There are elevated train tracks on the other side of the building. So, if you are a light sleeper, there will be some disruption during the night. Overall, I would stay here again if in the area."

"parking was good, missed breakfast, but location to Cracker Barrel was great. Noise from the train yard was a bit much through the night. "

"no ice , cards to rooms barely worked , had to go to 4 different place to find atm because they didn’t have one & required $100 deposit. breakfast wasn’t good. wifi on tv didn’t work so couldn’t watch tv. "
