Rooms are dingy and have no amenities. Access to the room from the main lobby isn’t ideal, especially in regard to handicap guests. There was a broken pipe on the outside of the building with water running out of it. Not worth the price.

For some reason we were placed in an accessible room, no big deal except it smelled like urine. The bed wasn't a normal hotel bed, and squeaked with every move. The bed was the cleanest thing in the room thankfully.

The room was very excellent. It was clean. I became a member of the IG war program and I’m gonna be using them more in the future than anything and I really appreciate everything you’ve done made. Must stay a whole lot easier and I appreciate it.

Breakfast bar was wonderful! The common area bathroom lacked supplies. The floor of our room was unclean. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. My card was charged by the hotel for each night and for the total of the stay separately from the pay through hotels.com. The manager informed me that this will fall away after 3-5 days, but this was still a stressful event that I had never experienced before when using hotels.com.

We really liked the staff. They were friendly, professional and helpful. The hotel was also very clean, however updating was needed and the pool was closed. Neighborhood surrounding not that nice, but very convenient to a conference I was attending and good restaurants. The price was also good for the Nashville area.
