"We stayed at Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel twice while in Hanoi and the team was very attentive. We had some small issues on our first stay and by our second they had resolved them and treated us to an upgrade. The bed was comfortable and we had a good rest. The location is perfect in old quarter. The only let down was breakfast. In Vietnam coffee is celebrated and so a hotel that in breakfast that does not provide solid options is missing something."

"This hotel was a beautiful escape from the chaos of Hanoi. Extremely friendly staff that always greeted you hello or waved you goodbye. That alone is worth the stay but the bed and room was terrific. The breakfast outstanding. We would stay here again. "

"Breakfast is amazing. Great location. Most smaller rooms don't have windows to the outside. Good for a quick overnight. The suite is gorgeous with a balcony and views all around the city. Lovely welcome drink and food in the room. We would go back."

"Breakfast was delicious, not enough veggies or vegan options (fresh fruit is abundant) but they do make fresh omelettes on the spot for omnivores and vegetarians. My tastes are specific but that is not a knock on them. They have great service staff, the spa services are very reasonable, there are a lot food options right on the street. "

"Overall we had a great stay. Since the ratings were so high when we booked, we were a bit disappointed that it did not seem to match the star's rating as presented however, it did not effect our trip. The location is central so awesome for exploring the old quarters. The front staff were attentive and always happy to help. Be careful when showering as water did start to leak out of the bathroom. I wouldn't shower on full blast and also point the water away from the shower door. I also found putting a towel at the shower door greatly reduced the water from leaking. The free breakfast was simple. You'll have to walk to their sister hotel for this. We really enjoyed their coffee and pho. They also had great little deep-fried buns. "
