The room was quite cold, with heating that kept turning off. The bath was high to step into, which may be difficult for shorter guests (I’m 5'1”), so a safety handle would help. Additional towel hooks would also be useful. The shower gel bottles were very small, so we had to request extras. Our road-facing room was noisy on Saturday night due to the pub. The area felt generally fine, but like anywhere in London, staying aware is important. There are plenty of nearby food options, with Brick Lane and Spitalfields Market within easy reach. Overall, it met our needs for a short stay. I wouldn’t rule out staying again."

If you're studying, they offer a Do Not Disturb offer where you receive £25 bar voucher to use if you're happy for your room not to be cleaned. Beds were super comfy and although we were on the first floor facing the main road, the noise from the street was minimal. Highly recommended!"
