"The location was good, the staff were all great - helpful, friendly. We arrived back at 3am and while searching for my key, someone came and let us in to the lobby. Really nice. The room was very small but fine for a night or two with just one or two people. We had a windowless room which was wonderfully quiet. And everything was clean and in good condition. I'd happily stay there again when visiting. "

Some staff seemed very new this time (we found it difficult to order a cup of coffee up to the room - called front desk and the first time what arrived was bags of instant) but all tried and were super friendly. "Was a lovely clean room. Great view across London. Only slight thing that didn’t seem to work properly was temperature control as was very hot over night and didn’t have a tea/coffee making facilities. But that’s it, greatly situated, comfy bed and nice shower. Would def go back "
