"Hotel was wonderful. Loved the soaking tub and true queen size beds for a European room. Might've preferred a more central location with walkable landmarks but appreciated being away from the chaos. Would've liked longer pool hours and having kids access to the pool after 5pm. But overall, lovely hotel!"

"Amazing modern rooms and really good size for London. Breakfast was ok. It’s run by the restaurant next door and needs a bit more effort. Tables not cleaned and cleared and when food ran out it took a while to refresh. If breakfast included in room then it’s fine but for £22 extra there is loads of choice in small walking distance"

10/10 Excellent
"I had a lovely stay, the staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful and the service throughout the stay was excellent. I liked the hotel’s eco-friendly approach to room cleaning. The option to reduce daily cleaning not only support their environment efforts, but also came with a small reward which was a lovely touch. Overall a great experience with excellent service and a thoughtful approach to sustainability. I would happily stay here again."

"It was a nice hotel in a good location close the underground/Tube. Very clean and good pool and breakfast buffet was the highlight . Room was big for Europe for a family of 4 with two queen beds which is not easy to find in Europe. One thing was interesting for me was lacking of the ice machine in the hotel. Maybe this is common in England, but I never seen a hotel with no ice machine in other places."

The Derby London City, Curio Collection By Hilton

8/10 Good
"I had to switch rooms during my stay because I had booked 2 reservations, the staff was very helpful and let me have a late check out until my next room was ready, however, my room was not ready until after 3 and I had to wait in my room until it was so they could help me switch. The manager apologized because I was unable to leave during that time to enjoy London but at least I didn't have to have my stuff moved downstairs and then back up again. Overall great stay and would recommend this place"
