"This was my second stay at the hotel. The location is fantastic and the staff at the front desk and concierge are excellent. The housekeeping could have been better. Also, it was incredibly inconvenient that the washrooms on the main floor were not in service."

While the breakfast bar was great, one of the lights in the bathroom flickered like a strobe light and there were problems with both the soap dispenser by the sink and the one in the shower."
