Premier Inn London City - Tower Hill

Premier Inn London City - Tower Hill

8/10 Good
"The hotel was in a perfect location, with so many convenient resources nearby. There was a grocery store about half a block away and a restaurant directly across the street that served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One of the best things for us was how close we were to the Big Bus Tour stop—only about a seven-minute walk. We purchased the 48-hour pass, which was amazing because we were able to use it to explore London and then easily return to the hotel. My mother-in-law also explored the neighborhood and found a K-pot restaurant, along with a few other places and 24-hour supermarkets not too far away. We felt very safe walking around the area. The hotel itself was very comfortable. The bathtub was great with plenty of hot water, and the air conditioning worked really well, which is definitely important if you’re visiting London during the summer. Overall, we had a great stay. The location was convenient, safe, and made getting around London very easy. I would definitely recommend it, especially for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay."

"Staff were very attentive. Check in was excellent thanks to Wy. Wonderful views of London from the rooms. Good transport links for visiting all the attractions and you are within an hours walking of just about everything a tourist needs to see. Whilst the buffet breakfast was very good if extremely expensive, the restaurants for evening meals were , in my opinion, very poor with a limited and unimaginative menus, no buffet options."

Club Quarters Hotel London City, London

Club Quarters Hotel London City, London

8/10 Good
"This is a really lovely hotel and in a good location. It is nicely decorated and the toiletries in the bathroom are very nice. My only gripe is that the rooms were a lovely size but the beds in comparison were quite small. Lovely comfortable pillows but I couldn’t get over the size of the bed. I’m only 5 foot 7 but my husband is 6 foot 4, we are not large people but we struggled to sleep due to the size of the bed. Also, there is nowhere to hang your clothes as there is no wardrobe or hangers which I also found a bit odd and slightly annoying. The staff upon arrival checking in and checking out were very nice so can’t grumble. Overall, really nice and stylish property but could do with improving bed size"
