"I was running in the marathon. The property was in a decent position for access to the start in south east London & returning from the finish in the west end. The hotel was obviously going to be busy but the staff coped well with the queues & were generally very friendly & helpful. Early food being available for runners was a nice touch. My only minor complaint would be the carpet & decor was a little faded & looks as though it is due for a makeover. Otherwise an excellent stay."
