"Our stay at Shangri-La The Shard, London was truly unforgettable. The room was gorgeous with incredible views, and every detail was perfect. We loved the gym, spa, pool, and the food—everything exceeded expectations. The staff were outstanding—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to public transport and walkable to so much of the city. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return! "

"I genuinely wasnt sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, I had an issue with the water draining in the shower, mentioned it when I left the room for the day and by the time I took a shower the next day it was fixed! I felt very secure and safe, you couldnt even get into reception without a keycard at night and then you needed to scan again to access the rooms area. Would abaolutely stay here again when i'm next in london. Thank you for a relaxed easy trip."

"Very nice property. Room modern and spacious. Accommodated family 3 easily. Side bed was comfortable for teenager. Front staff was extremely kind and helpful. Loved the location walking access to Boroughs yard and market. Quick walk to London Bridge Tube station but watch out the Jubilee line is busy!! "
