"This was a last minute booking as a flat we had booked for our 5 night stay in London turned out to be Horrible. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had with our room 607 was the bottom of the shower door was missing the rubber to keep water from leaking out. There would be a puddle of water on the floor. Nothing a towel can't clean up. We made the hotel aware of this. Location was great. Tower Hill tube stop a few minute walk away. Short walk to Tower of London and the Hop on Hop off bus stop. Great restaurants/pubs in the area."

"Breakfast great, hotel quiet, multiple doors to exit was easy to stay away from reception lines. Overall ok, better for vacation than business travel. No place to meet a client, like a lounge. Only one seating area by the front door too busy, one couch, very tight space. Cento is a great restaurant I’ve been to before while not staying there. Many staff visible in and around the property, all pleasant."

"Property was well located and well maintained and the staff was very friendly and responsive. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the service was great. We had nice massages in the spa but the manager talked loudly and constantly on the phone and we could hear him in the treatment room"
