New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building.
No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away .

"The hardest bed in the world! Been to this hotel many times (we even had our wedding reception there when they first opened).
