"Quand nous sommes arrivés nous étions pas noter sur leur agenda pas de trace de notre arrivée il a fallu prouvé que nous avions bi réservé et payé pour une chambre triple
Du coup l'hôtel était complet, ils nous ont donné une chambre double avec un matelas au sol, nous étions pas trop satisfait.
Notre nuitée était moyennement bien le lit de 2 personnes n'était II 1 pas du tout confortable "

"In this hotel, there is a big problem in confirming the reservation and receiving the room. Although all the reservation procedures on my part were normal and the payment was made and confirmed, but the receptionist refused to confirm the reservation.
