    "The room was extremely dirty with dust everywhere. The room I was given did not have basic amenities, such as toilet paper, soap, and a dustbin. The most disturbing of all was the water that was not flowing. The door key was not working, so they had to use the master key to allow me in anytime I came out. I did not get any value for my stay."
