"Terrible no lift"

"Stayed twice at this hotel Both times I’ve slept Ive not been able to sleep because I’ve been itching all night in bed Not sure if it’s bed bugs or the bio detergent Won’t be staying again until there is an improvement Apart from that Staff are lovely"

"The room was clean and comfortable with decent tea and coffee making facilities that could be topped up from reception. There was some scuffs and dents in panels in the bathroom particularly but the beds were comfy and fir the price it was perfect for a quick stop while visiting family."

"We booked a standard double. Clean bedding & towels were organised upon arrival The water to shower “pressure” was slow we only stayed for 1 night very slow. The bathroom was clean, well used the hotel was the same in parts the wardrobe bathroom in a room felt a little unloved. The car park is spacious well late we arrived back from a wedding good lighting no issues. We arrived around 13:00 reception staff on arrival reception seemed pleasant enough offering breakfast £9 each we declined & picked up our own. Overall we spent little time in the hotel we came back 1115/1130pm after an all day wedding bar was closed no sign of anyone on front desk. We had room 323 easy to access up a small flight of stairs. Our room must have been an inter connecting a small lock between you and next door when I tried turning the handle I was horrified it turned a small household lock between you and the next room “maybe this should be upgraded” from a safety aspect. One thing we really valued was an earlier than planned check in, this helped no end as we were attending a wedding. We checked out early the next morning again 0845am no one on reception I recall leaving the key card in a box. Easy access to and fro the hotel Clean but old room could do with a mini make over"

"We had a lovely stay! It was a very spacious apartment, very clean, centrally located and had everything we needed! Amanda was so kind and responsive! Our local friends are already recommending it to any other visitors they may have. Would definitely stay again! "

"Beautiful cottage which was perfect for visiting family in Chorley and Bolton. We stayed at the beginning of December and it was decorated for Christmas which was a wonderful surprise when we arrived. Vicky was very friendly and quick to respond to questions ahead of arrival, Will definitely look to stay again next time I’m visiting family. The EV charger was also really helpful to have available when staying."
