A purple hotel

Not a bad hotel, obviously was a Prem Inn and the room was looking slightly tired but well located and a very good pub next door

The room was clean and the parking was very good. Perhaps a little improvement on the bathroom facilities is in order - no towel rail outside the shower/bath - and the air vent didn't seem to clear the steam very well. Also the main road noise just outside the building was a little too loud.

Good budget option

There are so many positives for the hotel. Easy access from the motorway, ample parking, good facilities nearby, good sized rooms, and friendly staff. The only thing that let it down was the noise from other rooms.

Ideal spot for our overnight stop off between York and Blackpool. This is clearly a repurposed Premier Inn and yes it is a little dated. Beyond that, comfy bed, great shower and a warm welcome, what’s no to love!

We stayed here and had a great experience. The pub near by was great with lovely staff. The staff at the Purple Roomz was great and accomidating when we needed the extra bed made up. All in all it was a great experience.

Great location for the motorway link nearby and easy walking distance into Bamber Bridge. Received a warm welcome and the hotel is everything that you would expect from a Premier Inn. No hesitation in recommending and pleased it is on my radar!

Will stay again!

This was just a quick cheap stopover on our route from northern scotland to hampshire, but it was worth a LOT more than the £40 we paid. Massive room, very clean, lovely bathtub for a bubble bath, and a smart tv. Only complaint was there were no plug sockets by the bed but perhaps that's not a bad thing to avoid doom scrolling. Right next to a huge supermarket and a cheap restaurant. Cheap an cheerful. We'll definitely stay again
