"Awesome property. Great views. Wonderful bed and bedding. Shower was great. Too notch place."

"As soon as we checked in, I had to call to get our room re-cleaned. There were sticky globs on the vinyl floor and bedside tables. Our room had an upstairs sleeping area and the carpeted staircase had visible stuff in the carpet. When the cleaning staff swept the stairs, the dustpan was covered in the dirt and bits of trash that wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. And the water park area was gross too. Even when we arrived within half an hour of park opening, there were globs of hair and old bandaids on the ground. And the water features were flowering with rust. We’ve been to other GWL before and I was really really disappointed in the way this one was managed."

"Not a busy wait for Check-in. The room was good for the 1 night we stayed. Parking convenient and well-lit. Too bad WE slept late and.missed out on the complimentary breakfast 😅."

"The property seemed new. The unit was immaculate, and so was the lobby. We were unable to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast due to flight arrangements. We would stay again."

"The last day our room was not serviced when we return at 3:30 pm. I called the front desk and asked for fresh towels, toilet paper, and facial tissues. When we left for dinner at 5:30 we still had not been serviced. I asked the housekeeper in the hall to service our room. When we returned, I saw a towel under the sink an assumed the towels had been serviced. However, the toilet paper and tissues had not. I went out in the hall and asked the housekeeper for toilet paper and facial tissue. The next morning, as we were preparing to leave, we found only one towel under the sink. I would expect this level of service from a Holiday Inn, but it is unacceptable for an Omni Hotel."

"This our third time stay at double Tree and the staff, housekeeper and maintenance team do a great job of taking care of the Hotel. Which makes for great stay. We will be back!"
