The hotel description is misleading. There is NO onsite breakfast facilities. Breakfast is down the road, outside the hotel!! When we arrived, the only lift in the hotel was "out of service". Hanoi Splendid Premium Hotel
Staff was wonderful and the property was in a great location. Gym could stand to be updated and additions made but overall we really enjoyed our time

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE
Rooms are clean, right at the centre of city. The staffs are very friendly and services are excellent, the breakfast buffet is excellent, good foods and the dinning area is neat and clean. Gym is poor not enough equipments. Overall is 9/10.

Meritel Hanoi
Great service by the staff, really outstanding. There was one night where a friend and I were at a lost for where to go for dinner and it was running late. One of the staff members helped us quickly call up a place and got us a table! Saved our night, and the food was delicious!
