"This property is clean and comfortable but the best thing is the staff, they are the most kind and helpful hotel staff, they helped me order cabs, suggested activities and restaurants and were all round a pleasure to talk to. I will definitely be staying here again. "
"My stay was fine overall, and the staff—young guys—were friendly and helpful. That said, it’s a pretty standard apartment hotel, so I wasn’t quite sure why it’s rated so highly. As I was leaving, I was asked to write a review at the reception, which might explain it."
"This hotel was great! The staff are SO friendly and helpful. They made the stay just wonderful. The breakfast had lots of options and the beds were very comfortable! Would totally stay here again. "
"Absolutely loved this hotel, the staff were super kind and friendly. It is within walking distance to the old town but I would say it is nicer to stay in the old town itself. "
"The service and the people were the best. The location was perfect and walkable to the old town. Breakfast was tasty and the room was comfy. We will stay here again the next time we're back in Hanoi. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room looked just like in the pictures and we received a very warm welcome by Tommy, the hotel manager.
The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi, it’s close to a bus stop to/from the airport and you can reach destinations like the Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem lake by foot."
"In a good position, very busy area, plenty of places to eat.
The room was a little small for 3 adults, only there for 4 nights so made the best of it. Breakfast could have been a little better as well.
But all in all really enjoyed it"
"Wonderfully located in the old quarter. On the same street as the night market. The property is very new and the fixtures are modern. We stayed here twice in two different rooms. Both were tops. In terms of space maybe slightly tight, but no complaints. The breakfast is good since it’s a budget hotel. The staff are overly helpful. "Our family spent a month in Vietnam and Cambodia and used Solaria Hotel as our base, and stayed here on 3 separate occasions. Incredible location with easy access to anything you want to do. The rooms were excellent, breakfast was delicious ( beef pho in particular), massages were lovely and more. We travel internationally a lot, and this hotel by far has the best staff we have ever met. They are generous with their suggestions and go out of their way to make your stay in Hanoi and yes Vietnam too as perfect as it can be. In particular Liam and Susan. Susan always had the best suggestions of things we should do. And Liam helped organize cars, tours and more as we navigated Vietnam. We would have been lost without him. His kindness was boundless. We can’t wait to return to Hanoi and stay at this amazing hotel again. "
"Everything, but mainly the staff. Alex, Angie and Jimmy as well as the staff behind the scenes went above and beyond. They were helpful, kind, chatty and professional. It made our holiday! Cleaning, breakfast, taxi, and trips were all perfect.
"
"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel-it was the first one we stayed at our our vacation traveling around Vietnam. This hotel is located in the old quarter-a convenient location. We really enjoyed the breakfast-the staff were very friendly & they had the best yogurt & coffee! We would consider this hotel in the future! Thank you! "
"It's a great hotel to stay with that near Old Quarter street. We will come back to stay here. Staff are friendly and walm welcome guests all the time. "
