"I loved this hotel. It was so cute and clean. All the necessities that are needed. The bed was amazing. They have a morning breakfast that was very good. Over the top. Anything you could want. The people that work there are very friendly. Makes you feel like family. Location is great. I didn't want to stay in the Old Quarter. But wanted to be close. Straight down the street about 5 or 6 blocks you get to the old Quarter. Then a little farther and you are at Hoan Kiem Lake. Everything is about a 15 or 20 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Btw, I am always the person that reads the bad reviews first and then the best and never believes the 5 star reviews. It is exactly what I was hoping all of my hotels this month will be like. So far the only one out of the first 4. "

"Andrew at the reception desk was incredibly kind. He shared useful advice on visiting the Temple of Literature at the right time to avoid big crowds. The hotel’s lobby and lounge areas were peaceful, perfect for relaxing after exploring. We appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and attentive staff. Awesome food around the area also made our evenings easy. Andrew’s recommendations truly elevated our Hanoi experience."

"Lovely hotel in central location with the friendliest and helpful staff. Super comfy rooms, spotlessly clean. Breakfast more than ample to set you up for the day. Think they could drop the word garden as there is not one, however no big deal just confusing. Didn’t use Spa so cant comment on that. Definitely recommend 👌 "

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Centrally located and convenient within the old quarter. The stand outs are the service and breakfast buffet. Every service member I interacted with was friendly and professional. Requests were fulfilled immediately and with enthusiasm and care. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. Great assortment of food at the buffet as well as food and drinks available to order at no cost. The selection changed slightly each morning so I was excited to see what was available every day. The hotel also contacted me before arrival and offered a driver service from the airport to hotel for a reasonable fee. We also arranged the same service to the airport when departing and this was organised seamlessly. Upon leaving we were gifted cute tote bags! "
