"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The whole hotel is clean and the rooms are very comfortable. But the best thing is the lovely staff giving excellent service and making sure you get the best out of Hanoi!"
"It was such a nice place to stay in. Although a little west of the old quarter, the location was overall good as it was still close to other tourist attractions and it was nestled in a nice spot where you couldn't hear motorbikes from the room. I really liked the feel of the room. It was clean and easy to keep cool and the beds was very comfortable. The owner was also very helpful and unobtrusive."

"The Oriental Jade Hotel in Hanoi's Old Quarter is a true gem that blends traditional elegance with modern comfort. Its superb location makes exploring the city effortless, while the friendly staff, clean rooms, and delightful breakfast create an unforgettable stay. Surrounded by cultural richness and vibrant streets, this hotel offers a serene escape in the heart of the city, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting Hanoi."
"My first trip abroad was full of anxiety, but I was relieved by the smiles of the staff! The best trip to Vietnam was thanks to this hotel! Thank you."
"I view this hotel as a Beautiful Boutique Hotel that is in a wonderful location. I have stayed here before and I will stay here again!!! They are in the process of making some renovations, that are only going to enhance my future visits!!!! I checked in late, which was handled well. I like everything about this hotel, but the thing I like the most is the STAFF - everyone always willing to help and they do it with a SMILE!!!!! I will be returning to this hotel in a couple weeks before I return to America. This is a hidden GEM!!!!!"
