She works hard to make sure everything in the hotel running smoothly and at the same time makes sure all the guests have a pleasant stay. Service was amazing and the property manager even checked in with us as we checked out, and I felt that they really cared about our experience. "Absolutely beautiful hotel, we were blown away. One minor issue, we had requested later checkout which we were told there was a fee for - that’s fine so we agreed. Then when my husband checked us out, the gentleman said we wouldn’t be charged for the late checkout - we were delighted! Upon arriving home, we actually were charged. Not a huge deal, but we were a bit put off by it. "
