"The room was clean enough with good ventilation, and water supply, TV and WiFi. But the busy streets outside in the Old Quarters made it a little more challenging to get good sleep because of the constant noise from outside."

"Firstly, all the staff were amazing and a pleasure to have them help us. They all brought happiness and kindness to our stay. Specially given that they were working during Tet. I have stayed in many hotels and the Hotel du Lac Signature stands out amongst the top 10 much like their sister property in Saigon. There was not one aspect that did not stand out with exceptionalism. Highly recommend planning your stay here in Hanoi. A superb hotel and clearly worthy of 5 Stars. "

"The hotel location was great and everything was within a walking location. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent and lastly I can't stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff were. They made the stay even more enjoyable. "

"Overall a full service hotel except that the room I stayed , the bath room do not have standing shower.instead , I have to stand on the bath tub to shower. "
