"Our stay at Solaria was excellent! I want to highlight specifically the very high level of service. From our initial check-in, we felt very welcome and were given great advice and useful intention to start our trip to Hanoi and Vietnam. Each colleague we interacted with, and especially the front desk, were extremely helpful and kind. They helped us with getting an early check-in, booking a massage, and as well, preparing a food bag for our long train trip. They remembered details about us (e.g. that one of us was vegetarian), which was really impressive. The room was perfect for us, clean and spacious, and offered a nice place to relax and sleep. Breakfast was also a highlight. It’s a mix of ‘à la carte’ and a buffet. Everything we tried was delicious and it’s a shame we were only there one night. The location of the hotel is also great as it’s central and close to many things (Old Quarter). We would definitely look to stay again if the hotel is available when visiting Hanoi again. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the city. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!"

"The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious.We arrived too early for check-in but they managed to get the room early. This made us really happy because we were exhausted after the flight. The room was very comfortable but we were upgraded."

"The staff are very friendly and helpful! I left my pant in Spa room, the staff called my while I am on the car to airport. They asked a taxi driver brought my pant to the airport timely, then I have my pant without any regret! they are the best! "

"The staff were friendly, the breakfast selection was great and we had a wonderful stay! We notified the front desk staff about a leak at the bottom of the shower door causing some flooding near the sink but they were already aware of the issue and will be making improvements in the coming weeks. Super great to hear how quickly they responded and how proactive they are. "
