"This hotel was great! The staff are SO friendly and helpful. They made the stay just wonderful. The breakfast had lots of options and the beds were very comfortable! Would totally stay here again. "
"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the room looked just like in the pictures and we received a very warm welcome by Tommy, the hotel manager.
The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi, it’s close to a bus stop to/from the airport and you can reach destinations like the Water Puppet Theater and Hoan Kiem lake by foot."

"Great hotel and location. They provide an excellent breakfast with local dishes along with traditional breakfast dishes. Coffee was delicious. The staff is helpful and go out of their way to greet you. I highly recommend this hotel"
"The hotel is beautiful, clean and the service is amazing. It’s located in the old quarters so you need to be prepared for a busy and loud street. But once you enter the hotel, it’s feels like you walked in a completely different place "
"It's literally in the middle of the town where all the action takes place. A short 5-10 minute walk to beer street if you want to party at night and right next to the shopping/main circle/waterfront area, and on the weekends less than a minute away from the night market. There is a small pool and billiards/foosball table upstairs though the room gets kind of hot at times. The hotel staff is extremely accommodating and very nice with any requests that we had. If you're closer to the ground floors you may end up hearing typical noise, bike horns, music from outside at night, but you're in Vietnam so that's pretty normal."
"The place is good and the staff are very accommodating.
There should be a mirror inside the room not only in the bathroom just in case someone will use the bathroom and you need to prepare yourself."
"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast was very good. We surely would recommend this hotel to friends and family. The service of this hotel was excellent. They took good care of our luggage, even after checking out we still could take a shower, …."
