"Fantastic stay at L'HÔTEL du LAC, Hanoi I stayed at L'HÔTEL du LAC for a week and a half in October and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is perfectly located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter — close to many sights, cafés, and shops, yet quiet enough for a restful stay. My room was spotless, very comfortable, and well maintained throughout my visit. The staff were exceptional — genuinely warm, attentive, and with great attention to detail. Their hospitality really made my stay memorable. The hotel’s **Le Ciel Sky Bar** is a highlight — the evening city views are beautiful, and the cocktails are creative and expertly made. I also visited **La Maison Spa**, where I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had — truly first-class service. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Hanoi, and I’d happily stay again! "

"The staffs here are the best, especially Lily, Susan and Grace. Usually I don't even remember names but here at Solaria I had to since their service was always above and beyond my expectation. Honestly, I've never experienced this level of service elsewhere in the US. The room was on the smail side by American standard but it was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. Overall, I was extremely satisfied."

")Everybody working in Hanoi Lotus Boutique Hotel was happy and makes guests happy as well... I enjoyed my stay more than I expected and received warm hospitality from their heart. I appreciate their professionalism and I was reminded that I have to go back to basic since I’m working in service industry. I have a story that I would like to share because I would like to show how much I appreciate what they did to me. After I checked out, I got sick and needed to take short rest until a car going to the airport shows up. Front desk staff, Ms. Anna ( I hope this is her name, showing on my invoice ), and the gentleman ( who also helped me to check me in ) were really kind and allowed me to use a room that I have checked out already. They kept taking care of me until last minute. Thank you everyone very much !!! I will definitely go back to enjoy staying there once again !!!"
