The staff were very friendly and spoke English well.. our room had a balcony window but there wasnt much of a view. The toilet was small and the door creaked loudly when closing. Breakfast was a short walk away at another hotel. However for the price paid, it was ok

Hanoi Royal Premium Hotel
Stayed at the too of the floor (level 8), very clean room as it was newly built. However, poor sound proofing with the church bells starting ringing at 5am everyday and you could hear every single gong of it, it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all.
