"There was no refrigerator and microwave in the room.which was a big downfall,otherwise it was a good hotel.staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Good hotel close to the train station and easy to get in and out of London. Glad of the aircon on such a hot weekend. Breakfast was great and staff friendly. Only issue is we could have done with some drawers in the room to store our clothes but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay "
