"Just trying to get checked was a lengthy wait in line, on a Saturday not enough desk clerks working! Finally got checked in,& to our room neither one of our keys would work!! So I had to go back,& stand in a lengthy line again to get new keys made!! The room didn't have enough electrical outlets to plug in our phones,& CPAPs without unplugging lamps! No ice machine, had to go to the front desk to get ice! I was told you were allowed one small bag per day which was the size of a small ice bucket. Your hands were freezing by the time you could get it to your room! Stayed here to enjoy the pool, NO WATER IN THE POOL!! The furniture in the rooms was so old it looked like something you would buy at a thrift store,& plan on refinishing!!"

"Room was not cleaned and asked for room to be cleaned next day and service was never done. The night stands were dusty and floor was dirty. Shower did not drain completely"

"Great location, sitting on a private dock across from Harrahs gave great views and peace. Little beach rivals any cove on the lake, allowing less work and travel to enjoy the water. Host very available, quickly had new propane delivered for bbq and offeref early check in. Love the decor and kitchen fully stocked with essentials for cooking. We will visit again!"
