"Clean room good smell staff were nice enough the pool was warm, shower was hot, breakfast was outstanding and the lobby has a nice vibe. Only complaint I would have is Expedia didnt mention this location has a 20 dollar deposit for incidentals. "

"Dave and Keleigh (the owners) are wonderful hosts and take the meaning of bed & breakfast to a whole new level. The Brewster House is a quaint, comfortable, and historical getaway and I would highly recommend. The beds are extremely comfy, the location is excellent, and the breakfast was top notch. Dave is a trained chef and you can tell he is passionate about his breakfast menu every morning (it changes!). Both of them are so kind, helpful, and welcoming. We enjoyed staying in the Cape Neddick room and appreciate the small details, such as our name calligraphed on the door, the personalized text message updates, and the care for our dietary restrictions. "

"The house was beautiful and so roomy. Great hang out space, stocked kitchen, and everyone loved having their own bathroom. Location is amazing - walk to town. Jared was incredibly responsive and easy to work with. We hope to be back to Freeport and would definitely stay here again!"
