"Communication and check-in were seamless. The apartment was very clean. We were a little cold and Jason brought a space heater right away. Great location just on the edge of the village. A couple considerations for future visitors: Exterior photo on VRBO is not the actual location, it’s of a building on the scenic canal; the apartment is a very small studio with minimal room for luggage, and small kitchen. Perfect for one person or short stays. "

"The room was great - spacious and clean! There were always parking spots available. The breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. They also have a free 24/7 coffee station (sadly 2 of the coffee pots and the hot chocolate was missing upon check-out. Not sure if this is planned or was just a coincidence). My daughter got sick twice while in bed! We had to ask for clean sheets a couple of times and the staff were happy to help! The staff were wonderful overall! The laundry facilities were a bit pricey, but efficient and very convenient in case of emergency. The pool was fun, BUT it would have been nicer if it was a little warmer (we went in the winter). The hot tub was too hot - I tried to get in, but could only bare it for a moment. The hotel was easy to find and check-in and check-out was smooth. I would recommend staying here and would go back. :) "

"We didn’t have breakfast there…very pricey! Our room was big & clean. Only 1 elevator working, pool was closed. Daniel at the front desk was great!"

"Great accommodation. Exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Good neighborhood. Communication from the host is thorough, prompt, and friendly. The world's longest couch is very comfortable, and the backyard is great for dogs. We'll definitely revisit if we have the need. We are also intrigued by the host's other properties. "

"Cute studio apartment in a rustic home conveniently located near Brighton / Penfield. Easy access to expressway and short drive to pick up groceries / supplies or visit the local shops and restaurants. The room is clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our trip and would return again."

"Small problem with keyless entry first time but very quickly fixed. Super clean, all amenities thought of. In a nice neighborhood. Back yard to let the dog out was wonderful bonus. Better washer and dryer than I have at home. Stayed while my house having renovations. Great location!"
