"The property was as beautiful as it was in the pictures with lovely grounds and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Unfortunately though, the outside of the property was swarming with wasps so unable to keep doors and windows open and nor could you fully relax in the hot tub. My partner got stung on the first night. Also there was a trap in the corner of the bedroom which made us feel uneasy sleeping at night. "What a lovely and peaceful cottage.We loved our time there catching up with family.The views were stunning and two nice gardens to sit in. We didnt use the summerhouse as we had such good weather, but it would be very useful to sit and look at the hills from on a cooler evening.The place was beautifully fitted out and comfortable seating and beds.Plenty of space to spread out in and a useful utility room for a dog or to chuck wet gear and bags into.We visited Montgommery, what a lovely place. Totally unexpected and walked on Stipperstones on the next day, very beautiful. The Bog Visitor Centre is highly recommended for tea and cakes and advice on where to walk.Just take care on those narrow but very peaceful country lanes as there is the occassional busy farmer or local bombing along.We highly recommend the cottage, we had a fantastic short break."

Nice quiet site but the lodge is quite close to the road, the road isn't busy but the traffic passes at high speed and can be quite noisy if you're sitting outside. Definitely didn't spoil our visit, would come again"
