"We stayed for one night on a work trip and had an absolutely excellent experience. The hotel was lovely, full of beautiful 17th-century features and charm. The quaint little town was absolutely picturesque, and the surrounding scenery was beautiful. I was really impressed with the area. Plenty of parking around the back of the hotel. My room was very spacious, and the breakfast was honestly the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff were all so friendly, pleasant and accommodating, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel, and it would definitely be my first choice if I’m visiting the area again. A real gem!"

From booking to checking in and then all throughout the holiday Matt could not do enough for us. The breakfast items left were unexpected and well received. "What a lovely and peaceful cottage.We loved our time there catching up with family.The views were stunning and two nice gardens to sit in. We didnt use the summerhouse as we had such good weather, but it would be very useful to sit and look at the hills from on a cooler evening.The place was beautifully fitted out and comfortable seating and beds.Plenty of space to spread out in and a useful utility room for a dog or to chuck wet gear and bags into.We visited Montgommery, what a lovely place. Totally unexpected and walked on Stipperstones on the next day, very beautiful. The Bog Visitor Centre is highly recommended for tea and cakes and advice on where to walk.Just take care on those narrow but very peaceful country lanes as there is the occassional busy farmer or local bombing along.We highly recommend the cottage, we had a fantastic short break."
