"Great hotel, in a great area ( Quayside) & we had a lovely view of river & Quayside. All staff were very friendly & welcoming. The food was lovely but quite expensive. The bed was so comfortable. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay"

"Beautiful hotel, not sure how it’s classed as a 3* on Expedia when it’s by far the nicest hotel in Newcastle. The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the “little things” that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back soon :) "

"Upgraded to a newly renovated jr suite. It was beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable with amazing views of the Tyne Bridge and castle. Staff were wonderful. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Good location with lots of nice restaurants and things to see nearby. "
