"The hotel is great, but the only good thing about it's location is that it's right next to Gatwick South Terminal. No local amenities beyond a KFC and a McDonalds, and you have to cross what looks like a slip road and industrial estate to get to them. Very very functional, but being your own food."

"We have stayed at this Hotel a few times over the last couple of years, staff are always friendly and efficient. I usually ask for a room on an upper floor which have always been quiet, unfortunately we were given a room on the first floor close to the main road, but there was a constant noise in the room (a loud humming) which went on all night, making it difficult for us both to sleep! We were also told at check in that their parking charges have gone up, we were still charged £10 as we'd booked earlier, but not sure I'd stay again depending on how much it has increased by, as really parking for Hotel customers should be free in my opinion!"

It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into making guests feel at home—little touches like fans in every room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a large TV for movie nights made a big difference. Beds were very comfortable, and everything felt welcoming and easy from the moment we arrived. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it!"
