Our room was spacious and clean. Great view of the city. The valet attendants were welcoming and friendly and the concierge was helpful and friendly. There is a great bar and lounge area, allowing for large friend and family gatherings - great perk! No refrigerators but they are available upon request. Friendly housekeeping staff. I’d stay here every time!

Gorgeous historic hotel, top notch amenities. Stuff is very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is very good.
One thing to know - not all rooms are equally well located and appointed. Our room central AC was broken, and portable AC unit was very noisy. We asked to move to a different room, which was much better but had windows with frosted glass for privacy. Do inquire ahead of time to make sure you are booking a good room.

Overall, our stay at Hotel Zetta last weekend was very nice, but there were a few noticeable downsides.
The biggest issue was the pillowcases on our bed—they were noticeably dirty with what appeared to be dried makeup of some sort (I hope anyway). Given that the cases were pure white, it was disappointing that housecleaning missed this. However, once we spoke with a member of the cleaning staff, they promptly replaced them with fresh ones.
Additionally, the add-on costs felt quite steep, with parking at $69 a night and amenities fees coming out to $87.
On a positive note, the front desk staff was excellent throughout our stay—welcoming, polite, and very helpful.
