Heath and Reach Hotels

"Arrived at 5pm . There was no running water in the hotel at all but the staff didn't mention this. When I went back to reception they advised it should be ok within the hour. Turned out to be the next day. So unable to wash, shower, or flush the loo. Staff didn't care. No housekeeping at all for a 2 day stay. After 1st night in hell. Beds were not made, bins were not emptied. Nothing "

Our server gave us great food recommendations, and made us some fantastic drinks. The off-street parking is a worthwhile purchase, and the rooms are nice and quiet. It was a great visit and I would gladly stay here again."

Our room was spacious, and very close to the spa, late afternoon swims and relaxing in the sauna and steam room was a luxury. We ate each evening in the dining room lots of choice, staff were very attentive and food was delicious. "
