"Cozy, clean, had everything needed as long as you don’t mind “kitty-baths.” (Washing up with sink only). Was closer to road than expected, but no problem, and payoff is proximity to restaurant. Red River Gorge is a great place to visit & this was a nice, handy place to stay. "

"While the location is perfect the lodge itself needs work. It needs updating and a refreshed clean look. The lounge chairs in the lobby are extremely worn and the warm inviting picture on line is no match to the dingy look. The room felt dark and the bed mattress saggy. Cleaning fine.No hot shower due to multiple fuses blowing. Drippy faucet. Night 2 a breaker went. My husband had advised there was a bigger issue after night 1 but the staff did not follow up acco rding. Breakfast for Continental as advertised quite sufficient. There's a nice bar on site with reasonable priced food available for. Staff courteous and those there did their best in the moment to help. Hot water pot for the tea l brought good. No tea bags in room. Nice little deck off room. Hiking fantastic. ."

"Great place for the weekend. Really enjoyed the games and Hot Tub. The only issue is the water pressure in the showers could be better. But still a very nice place."

"The property was exactly as posted. Beautiful area, very peaceful and quiet. The cabin and hot tub were very clean and well kept. The host was easy to contact and replied quickly. Zero complaints. My only tip for other guests is take screenshots of the door code and wifi password before you arrive because there is no internet out there and getting inside will be tricky if you cant load the app. I learned the hard way. "

"This cabin was great. The host was super accommodating and quick to assist with any questions. The cabin was well equipped and had everything we could need. It was super comfortable for the 3 of us. The locations definitely remote. It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get to any civilization, but that was known and described. The fire pit and hot tub were awesome! The only thing that was a challenge for us was the lack of cell phone signal. We were not worried about not having wifi, but there is pretty much no signal at all for using your phone for anything but voice calls. For reference, we have Verizon as our provider. It was difficult to research what we wanted to do and where we wanted to go because you could barely load Google maps or not at all sometimes. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the time in this great little cabin. "

"3rd time staying here. First 2, excellent! This one, meh. Arrived at property, door code was incorrect, 2 of 4 (heavy) Adirondack chairs blocking the steps. Internet dismantled, water system dismantled, screen door busted. Must do better making sure property is ready! "
